We’re proud of our Single-Share Program: if you are a solo traveler on a Guided Walking Adventure and wish to share a room, we will make every effort to find a same-gender roommate for you. If you reserve your tour at least 91 days prior to the start date, you will not be required to pay the single-supplement fee (except where designated), even if we cannot find you a roommate.* Of course, if you choose a private room, a limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee.
* Please note that our Single-Share Program does not apply to Self-Guided tours, or Pre- and Post-Tour Extensions.
Solo Surcharges. Sometimes it is necessary to charge an additional Solo Surcharge on top of a Single Supplement, and we avoid doing so as much as possible. However in certain extreme circumstances—for instance, when we must arrange private transportation for just you and there are no other ways to absorb the cost—we will charge an additional Single Surcharge. This fee may apply to certain non-group Self-Guided Adventures, or Extensions.
