What is My Account?
My Account is a secure online portal which allows our guests to view confirmed reservations for future travel. Within this portal, you can edit personal contact information, make payments for your upcoming trip, and update or review guest forms (such as passport details, emergency contact information, dietary restrictions, physical activities and special occasions).
How do I access My Account?
The My Account link will be emailed to you after confirming your reservation. When you click on the link, follow the steps to complete the simple setup process.
What do I do if I can’t remember my password?
From the home My Account screen, enter your email address and then select the “Forgot your password?” link.
An email will be sent to that address with a link to reset your password.
You can also call us at 800.234.6900 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our guest service agents can send you the password reset email.
Your password is encrypted for your protection, so we are unable to see or lookup your password.
How can I make a payment?
From the main screen of My Account, click on the “Invoice” link.
How can I access documents about my trip?
From the main screen of My Account, click on the “Guest Forms” link.
Why can’t I access guest forms?
Every guest can access his or her individual guest forms via the “Guest Forms” link on the main screen of My Account. If you are traveling with someone, your co-traveler will need to log in to his or her own account to view those forms. This is because guest forms are specific to each guest and may have sensitive information.
Why can I only see some of my trips?
Currently, only confirmed reservations for future trips will be displayed in My Account. We plan to expand the functionality of My Account to display all your trips (past trips, canceled trips, etc.) If you have questions or concerns about your past travel or a wait-listed trip, please contact Guest Services at email@example.com.
Why can’t I edit my contact information?
If you have an upcoming trip departing within 100 days, you will not be able to edit your contact information as any updates can impact documentation being sent to you. Please contact Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes to reservations departing within 100 days.
